The Society for Creative Anachronism

One of my obsessions is the Society for Creative Anachronism, a non-profit organization that researches and recreates the middle ages. I am a member of the Shire of South Keep, otherwise known as Miami, Florida.

My Arms (Pupure, a mullet of four points, base point elongated, a sword inverted gules)

An early Elena de Neuham (me).

Here I am in my first loaner armor
looking way too much like a baby seal.

A Trimarian knight, Sayyid Kalim, and I.
(I'm about to be instructed in the error of keeping my
sword back there.)

Gutting my good buddy William.  <VBG!>

Being fought for can be fun, too!

I also belong to an informal interKingdom household: Ironrose,
which is a gathering of women who fight and their friends. I highly
recommend it as an informative resource for warrior women, those
who train warrior women, or those who just want to be close to
warrior women.

All terms are relative ... "The Middle Ages" in this case encompasses from whenever to 1635 (at least we have at cut-off date), and our focus is Western culture with a slew of guests from the Far East and the Near East.
